How a rental works

Every rental is covered by a written agreement, issued with your quote and signed before the vehicle is handed over. It sets out the vehicle, the dates, the price, the mileage included, the deposit and the insurance cover that apply to your booking.

What we ask of every driver

A valid driver’s licence, proof of identity, and a means of payment in the driver’s name for the security deposit. Any additional driver must be declared and approved before the car is used.

The car

Every vehicle is handed over clean, maintained and insured, with an inspection report signed by both sides at collection and at return. Fuel, mileage and delivery arrangements are agreed for each booking.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and change conditions are stated in your quote and in the rental agreement, and are confirmed to you before you commit.
