Who we are

One Million LLC rents luxury and classic cars from Santa Barbara, California, and operates the website onemillion.fr. If you have any question about this policy, use the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. The name, e-mail address, telephone number, dates and message you type. Nothing else. This is sent to us by e-mail so that we can answer you.

When you browse the site. Our web server records the usual technical information: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. IP addresses are anonymised before analysis, and we never receive your name from it.

Why we collect it

To answer your rental requests, to keep the site running and secure, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Hostinger), our e-mail delivery provider (Resend), and Google Analytics. Each of them processes the data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Rental enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is useful, and server logs for a few weeks. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and we will act on it. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
